Hello World: I have been an Athlete all of my life. A Fitness Trainer/Coach for 15 years. A Massage Therapist for 20 years. Prior to that I cooked for 12 years. Also, lost 50 lbs. and have kept it off since 2000.
I truly do believe, losing weight myself and keeping it off, the key is to understand food and how it affects your body. Build yourself a food education, don’t just follow someone telling you what to eat. Understand what food does to and for your body and, just like me, you’ll keep the weight of Long Term.
