Losing Weight – Long Term

Hello Everybody: Chris Mazzio here teaching you how to lose weight and to keep it off long term.
The way to lose weight goes like this…
1). Eat small meals, graze throughout the day… easier to burn off the calories.
2). Intake low amounts of sugar, daily.
3). Eat lean and very purely at night. Ex. Last night, 8:00 PM, I had for dinner…
2 eggs sautéed in 1/2 Tbsp of Olive Oil.
1 cup of boiled carrots.
12 oz. glass of water with lemon.

Result from eating like this over the years… I’ve lost 50 lbs. and kept it off for 20 years.
