“Losing 6 lbs. in a week without working out.”

Hello, Chris Mazzio here Trainer for the last 16 years. Weight loss update. Last week while on vacation I didn’t do my conventional workouts, run and cross train. Result: Lost 6 lbs.
Why? Because after eating right, working out properly,for the last 20 years creates a great Metabolism. Once you build that efficient furnace you can lose weight when on vacation too.
